However, it is a bit tricky to give a fixed quote based only on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For example, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can be very different in size and layout compared to a house with the same number of rooms — and the same goes for 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single- vs. double-story homes.
