What happens if we do not get a bond back after end-of-lease cleaning?

At Spotless Clear, we prioritise our clients’ satisfaction and understand how important it is to get your full bond back.

If your real estate agent or property manager raises any cleaning concerns within 48 hours of our service, we’ve got you covered. We will organise a free return visit to re-clean any areas they are not satisfied with—no stress, no extra cost to you.

Our goal is to help you leave the property in top condition and make the end-of-lease process as smooth as possible
